buckwheat waffles w/ strawberries, blueberries, and mulberry jam

gluten-free, oil-free, dairy-free, oh god how vegan can i get

Recipe:

  • 10g chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp of cold water 
  • 90g buckwheat flour
  • 4g baking powder
  • 2g cinnamon 
  • 60g banana, mashed
  • 170g nondairy milk (i used soy)

first make the chia egg by mixing the chia seeds and water and set it for like 3 minutes it will fatten up and soak up that liquid n thicken it up. Then add everything else, mix well, and put like 4-5 tbsp on the waffle maker on medium heat. Should be done within 2-3 minutes. 

top with anythang u heart desire man
