Recipe:
- 10g chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp of cold water
- 90g buckwheat flour
- 4g baking powder
- 2g cinnamon
- 60g banana, mashed
- 170g nondairy milk (i used soy)
first make the chia egg by mixing the chia seeds and water and set it for like 3 minutes it will fatten up and soak up that liquid n thicken it up. Then add everything else, mix well, and put like 4-5 tbsp on the waffle maker on medium heat. Should be done within 2-3 minutes.
