

sunday breakfast: crepes with mulberry jam and lightly pan fried bananas
have a great week everybody :)
no measurement recipe:
grab a mug everyone
1 and a half mug of plain flour
1 mug of soy milk
1 mug of cold water
2 spoons of sugar
pinch of salt
2 spoons of coconut oil, melted
I just microwave a little bit of soymilk first, stir the solid coconut oil in to melt it, then add the rest of the soymilk into the mug. Then add the rest of the ingredients mix and voila! cook on medium high heat. First one is always a disaster so just taste test that one:) ENJOYY!!
